Responsible for making sure the regular cosmetics made to be sold to the players is setup and purchasable, often giving feedback on any potential issues with the cosmetics. Also designed the sales, gave input on new features for the shop, and helped create new opportunity's for more sales.

Checking hundreds of servers for status issues, reporting issues to the correct teams and keeping them up to date with further issues, making sure tapes are successfully backed up to prevent any lost private data in the event of a disaster
