Junkyard Pool Prototype Demo
My game project for my final year of university at Sheffield Hallam. I was on Lead Design and was given the idea of "Junkyard pool, where you make cues out of scrap" as the elevator pitch by one of the artists. We ran with it and after 10 weeks of work, here are the final results.

This was a second year game and easily my favourite that I produced in the past 3 years. It's an idea I can imagine actually developing and selling as a very niche part of a game. Originally I envisioned it in a 3d environment but I took the advice to not do that due to scope/time.

Ancient Magiks TCG - Prototype Playthrough on Board Game Simulator
This card game was made for a physical game project. Developed over twelve weeks, with a new version every two weeks or so. This was mostly an experiment on how a game can change over a period of time due to constant testing exposing flaws. The project was intended for real life play but due to COVID-19, I imported it into Board Game Simulator for ease of testing.

Project Impetum Bulla Prototype
My final solo project for my third year of university at Sheffield Hallam. I designed a fight that behaves like a traditional MMO fight but uses AI instead. The main player tanks the boss while also making sure the not so smart AI stay alive.

Turn Based RPG Prototype
This was a second year project where I produced a turn based RPG, not too unlike to Pokémon. I made it so abilities had interactions between each other. It's not obvious in the game but for example, poison dart does damage on the enemies turn for a couple turns, freeze ray stuns the enemy, preventing their turn, and using timed earth would crush the enemy who is encased in ice, doing extra damage. All three of these combined do a lot. This was my first foray into coding for the most part and a lot of it I did without much tutorial help besides how to make a state machine.
